We’re Hiring: Social Media Intern

As Social Media Intern, you’ll work alongside our awesome Social Media Managers to help grow and engage our clients’ social media communities. Get hands-on experience managing multiple brand channels, creating captivating content, attending strategic meetings, and launching impactful media campaigns.

The Responsibilities

• Team up with Social Media Managers to plan, draft, and execute social media campaigns and strategies for our clients.
• Craft and manage content calendars that align with our marketing strategies.
• Be the front line for customer service inquiries, messages, and engagement on client social platforms. Respond swiftly and escalate urgent issues to the right team members.
• Create and produce engaging short-form video content for social channels, and provide on-site support for larger photo and video shoots.
• Deliver top-tier customer service to Loki Creative clients, maintaining a polished and professional demeanour in all communications, meetings, and on-site activities.
• Gather and analyze data for end-of-month reports to showcase the success of social programs and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate on brainstorming sessions for new campaigns, problem-solving, and bringing fresh, innovative ideas to boost social media engagement.
• Stay in the know about the latest digital trends, tools, and best practices to keep our social media strategies cutting-edge.

• Full-time or part-time student enrolled in an accredited Canadian college or university.
• Open to students from any discipline and at any diploma or degree level.
• Must reside in Vancouver, British Columbia for the duration of the internship.
• Hold Canadian citizenship, Permanent Residency, or refugee status (International students are not eligible).
• Must not be part of another internship program during the Loki Creative internship.
