Lower Lonsdale is where North Vancouver’s history meets its future. As the newly-developed neighbourhood set out to position itself as the North Shore’s downtown, our viral content became the fastest way to shape perception and put them on the map.

Our approach

We partnered with Lower Lonsdale Business Improvement Area to show how the neighbourhood has evolved for the better; a new and improved waterfront development, up-and-coming businesses, museums and galleries and leading regional events like the Shipyards Night Market, Shipyards Festival and Shipyards Christmas Market. We led a fully integrated social media management and content creation strategy across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.

Loki partnered with Lower Lonsdale BIA to launch their summer Street Cart with a targeted influencer engagement campaign designed to generate buzz and position the neighbourhood as a must-visit destination.

We hosted an exclusive preview event, giving creators a first look at the Street Cart alongside a curated neighbourhood tour featuring local experiences and thoughtfully selected gifting.

By strategically seeding the experience with 10+ aligned influencers, we generated high-engagement content that authentically showcased key businesses and brought the energy of Lower Lonsdale to life across social channels.
